We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and manage data visualization tools that streamline processes and enhance our ability to deliver data-driven insights and decisions. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of social media data, the technical expertise to translate concepts into automated solutions, and excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. We are also looking for someone with genuine curiosity about the evolving role of AI in the BI landscape, from exploring how tools like Snowflake Cortex, Gemini, and Vertex AI can power smarter reporting, to experimenting with new ways AI can augment analytics workflows and unlock richer insights.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights into social media performance, enabling marketers and stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Leverage expertise in Sigma and Snowflake (including Cortex AI features) to regularly update data visualization tools with new widgets, features, and data sources, ensuring dashboards remain relevant, scalable, and user-friendly.
  • Continuously refine and optimize reporting mechanisms by incorporating advanced analytics, AI-driven insights (Gemini, Vertex AI, and other LLMs), and predictive modeling to highlight the business impact of social media efforts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard and tool-related issues, ensuring uninterrupted access and functionality across teams.
  • Investigate and address data discrepancies by collaborating with BI, engineering, and product teams, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of social media data.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities by applying AI/ML tools (Snowflake Cortex, Vertex AI, Gemini) to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and deploy self-service reporting tools and mechanisms that enhance accessibility, empower stakeholders, and integrate AI-powered query assistance for non-technical users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, product, and data engineering teams to align reporting practices with broader organizational goals and emerging AI/BI capabilities.
  • Partner with technical teams to evaluate and implement new AI/BI tools, enhancing data enrichment, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
  • Educate and train stakeholders on best practices in social media reporting, AI-enabled analytics, key performance indicators, and platform-specific definitions to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Conduct training and demonstrations of newly developed dashboards, AI-powered tools, and features to improve adoption and maximize the impact of insights delivered.
  • Proactively explore emerging AI/BI innovations to enhance reporting, improve accuracy, and deliver greater value to clients through actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Expertise in dashboarding tools is required. Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) is an asset, but Sigma expertise is a core requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis; marketing agency experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with DSPs, paid media, and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, or similar languages.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
