About the role:

We’re looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Datech Division. You’ll play a key role in identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable insights that drive sales performance across Europe. This role works closely with Business Managers and Sales teams to develop campaigns, set targets, and measure impact.

Datech is a specialized business unit within TD SYNNEX, focused on delivering design software solutions for industries such as architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and media. It acts as a global distributor and solution aggregator, partnering with leading vendors like Autodesk, Trimble or Unity to support digital transformation through value-added services, technical enablement, and strategic business development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market potential and penetration to support strategic decision-making.
  • Integrate internal and external data to assess customer lifecycle and value.

  • Identify opportunities to retain, develop, and acquire high-value customers.

  • Design intuitive reporting methodologies and perform ad-hoc market analysis.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align efforts with revenue goals.

  • Support campaign execution through customer segmentation and targeting.

  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and sales impact.

  • Maintain and update customer profiling and contact data.

  • Work with vendor partners to validate campaign offerings and customer lists.

  • Ensure consistent use of data sources, methodologies, and modeling assumptions.

What we're kindly looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in data mining, BI analysis, or reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; IT industry knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen.

  • Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is desirable.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and with external partners.

  • Results-driven and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
