JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Data Expertise Specialist to drive strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis and effective visualization. This role is key in transforming complex information into actionable insights that create business impact.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Analyze large volumes of data and develop predictive models.
- Design dashboards and reports in Power BI for better data interpretation.
- Implement machine learning solutions to optimize processes and decision-making.
- Ensure data quality and improve its management within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into business strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic Profile: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years in similar roles within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Governance.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python.
Experience in data engineering, machine learning, and data quality management.
Advance English Level
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and propose strategic solutions.
Ability to work autonomously and lead digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings.
Softskills:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions that create a significant business impact.
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and autonomy are highly valued, essential for leading digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the implementation of innovative solutions.
