As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of healthcare through business intelligence, working closely with cross-functional teams to extract, analyze, and visualize data.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of experience analyzing healthcare data sets
- Experience analyzing clinical data sets (specifically behavioral health) - ie: BAM-R, PHQ-9, GAD-7
- Multi-state, multi-site healthcare provider experience
- Software Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau Desktop/Cloud, Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of Data Warehouse functions
- Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) system
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes.
- Present newly developed dashboards to field executives to ensure full understanding and utilization of reports.
