Job DescriptionAs a Business Intelligence Associate, you will support the delivery of highquality reporting solutions, ensure accurate and timely data operations, and collaborate across local, regional, and global teams. Your work will directly contribute to enabling datadriven decisions for top global brands.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting templates within internal systems based on commercial team requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across data sources, reporting platforms, and delivery systems.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and highquality report delivery; monitor generation processes and fix issues proactively.
- Communicate effectively with local and regional commercial stakeholders on reporting and delivery matters.
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve systemrelated reporting issues.
- Manage MSD tickets within SLA, ensuring prompt, highquality responses to stakeholders.
- Participate actively in ad hoc projects to support business improvements.
- Configure, update, and troubleshoot GfK’s complex online reporting tools.
- Run postprocessing tasks using automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Draft structured memos for external clients on delivery issues or data changes.
- Coordinate with GSC, regional, and global teams to resolve data quality and delivery issues.
- Support commercial teams with client presentations by preparing data, updating charts, and providing insights.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by your immediate superior.
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Basic understanding of database concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data accurately.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines; willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams and cultures.
- Good time management; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Businessoriented mindset with a commitment to quality, detail, and team collaboration.
