Job Overview
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions, improve customer experience, and optimize financial performance. The role holder will work with business units i.e. Customer Success, Risk & Compliance, Credit, Finance, and People Operations, to understand data needs and translate them into BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business/ Statistics/ Computer Science Degree or its equivalent
- Excellent command of Excel and SQL, TSQL/PLSQL (any DB MSSQL, Oracle, Teradata)
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for stakeholders.
- Proficient at writing optimized queries on large volumes of data
- Proficient at writing reports and presentations to explain findings.
- Work with ETL processes and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to employees
- Install, configure, and patch servers, storage, and other IT infrastructure
- Support the IT Associate in ensuring that the organization has appropriate and up-to-date ICT functionality, software, and hardware in an effective, efficient, secure, and cost-conscious manner.
- Support the IT Associate in running the bank end of day processes, as well as any ad hoc requests
- Any other duties that may arise daily as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
- Degree in IT or a related field
- Advanced computer skills - SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase
- Proficient at writing optimized queries on large volumes of data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience in troubleshooting hardware and software.
