Own business intelligence at Peec AI end-to-end, turning product, GTM, and customer data into clear, actionable insights for founders and leadership
Build and scale Peec’s analytics foundations together with the engineering team - including data pipelines, warehouse architecture, and BI tooling from scratch
Design, build, and maintain high-impact dashboards and reporting that track company-level, GTM, and product performance
Partner closely with Sales, Growth, Product, and Data Science to define metrics, answer ad-hoc questions, and support fast, data-driven decisions
Continuously improve data quality, metric definitions, and reporting workflows as the company scales
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a closely related data role, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment
Proven experience translating complex datasets into clear insights that inform product, GTM, and leadership decisions
Hands-on experience setting up a BI stack end-to-end (e.g. Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, dbt, or similar)
Strong Python or TypeScript and SQL skills with hands-on experience analyzing large datasets and building reliable, scalable reporting
Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders, proactively surfacing insights rather than waiting for requests

Backend: GCP, BigQuery, Postgres (AlloyDB), Firestore

Experience in an early-stage startup, with a track record of building or scaling analytics from first principles in fast-changing environments
Background in supporting GTM teams (Sales, Growth, CX) with funnel, revenue, and cohort analysis
Touchpoints in Analytics Engineering (e.g. dbt, data modeling best practices)
Experience in a PLG or high-velocity sales motion
Prior exposure to AI, ML, or search-driven products
