Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze complex datasets using coding languages such as SQL, Spark, Python.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and data strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Compile, clean, and organize datasets to support accurate analytics and reporting needs.
Design and maintain efficient data models to enable seamless integration and analysis across systems.
Ensure high-quality data delivery and accurate reporting for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate familiarity with data engineering tools, concepts, and pipeline development processes (Azure, fabric, purview, etc.)
Ability Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing tight deadlines with high-visibility deliverables for executives.
Develop efficient and scalable data models and analytics solutions, particularly in Power BI.
Proficiency in coding languages (Python, Spark, SQL, DAX etc.).
Good expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with the following tools an asset : DevOps, Databricks.
