About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team at Gopay. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our KYC business expansion, both for internal Goto operations and external IAB customers. You'll be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing queries, and maintaining dashboards. Additionally, you'll contribute significantly to our DIRA project, providing in-depth analytics to enhance our voice user interface capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive BI dashboards and reports to support KYC business expansion
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders
- Optimize SQL queries to improve dashboard performance and data retrieval efficiency
- Support various projects by conducting detailed analytics and providing data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to drive business growth and improve decision-making
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all BI initiatives
- Create and maintain documentation for BI processes, dashboards, and reports
What You Will Need
- 5-6 years of experience in a BI role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
