Job Description:
Key Responsabilities
- Develop and maintain databases, approval workflows, and reporting on company and function indicators, competency management, and project portfolios.
- Develop and maintain templates for project status according to the Project Process drumbeat.
- Maintain competency matrices and development plans under the 70/20/10 learning methodology in the strategic planning process at all company levels.
- Advise on the use of tools for reporting and project portfolio management:
- Database Management: Power Query, List, Excel
- BI Reporting: Power BI
- Report Automation: Workflows in Power Automate & program updates
- Project Planning Scheduling: MS Project Desktop & Online, Planner Kanban
- Logistical coordination of strategic planning workshops and transformation projects.
- Logistical coordination of the Project Process Drumbeat at the Working Committee and Local SteerCo levels.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Office 365 (e.g., Planner, List)
- Proficiency in Power BI & Power Query
- Power Apps & Automate
- Co-pilot
- Basic knowledge of Python is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Project Web/Desktop
- >=2 years of experience in BI reporting & database management
- >= 2 years of experience in digital developments with no-code & low-code tools (e.g., Office 365, Power Apps & Automate)
- >= 2 years in project portfolio management
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
