What you will do
The Business Intelligence Analyst will lead the development and support of analytic tools and reports for risk mitigation within the Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) Services Operating Platform.
How you will do it
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Microsoft BI tools, dashboards and reports.
- Collect and analyze datasets from various sources.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision making.
- Optimize data collection procedures and improve data quality.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement data governance policies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft BI tools and reports.
What we look for
- 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or related degree.
- Fluent English
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, etc.).
- Experience in process automation and workflow optimization is a plus.
