This position is responsible for leveraging data to drive decision-making and enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of BI tools, experience working with datasets, and the curiosity to learn and grow within the field.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Assist in processing and refining BI requests by understanding stakeholder needs and creating consolidated reports.
Develop and maintain data dashboards using tools such as Tableau.
Extract and interpret data using SQL and other tools, providing clear and actionable insights.
Support data integrity and ensure high-quality, consistent reporting
Collaborate with team members to analyze existing business performance and identify trends.
Participate in the development of new metrics and reporting standards to aid stakeholders in identifying trends and opportunities.
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
Effective communication and storytelling abilities to present data insights.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies, and challenges.
Exposure to statistical analysis or predictive modeling.
Hands-on experience combining multiple data sources for analysis.
Knowledge of or interest in the iGaming industry is a plus.
Familiarity with AWS services, particularly AWS Q for Business is a plus
Basic experience or interest in AWS SageMaker and machine learning concepts is a plus.

Knowledge of an enterprise class business intelligence tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
Ability to produce high quality work products
Training Requirements:
Certifications as required by Mohegan
Mohegan Corporate and departmental policies and procedures
Appropriate regulations that pertain to Mohegan Information Systems
Keep up to date on industry trends
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Fast paced office work environment
Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours with occasional travel required
