Job overview:

We have an exciting opportunity to join TD SYNNEX as a Business Intelligence Analyst!  You will play a key role in driving business performance across multiple front-office disciplines, including strategy, sales, product marketing, and e-business. As a BI Analyst, you will analyze market trends, financial and operational performance, and strategic initiatives to support profitable growth across European operations.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering standardized reporting and insights, collaborating with BI colleagues and stakeholders, and supporting business transformation, standardization, and optimization efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards ensuring data accuracy and consistency

• Work extensively with Power BI to create visual reports and data models.

• Automate data processes and optimize existing reporting solutions.

• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

• Manage internal and external market intelligence and market share data/reports.

• SAP Reporting & data extraction.

• Stay up to date with BI trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Extensive technical skills on Power BI (modeling & design, e.g. DAX, M Query), query optimization, reporting (essential).

• Proficiency in Excel (essential) and Familiarity with SAP (preferred).

• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

• Strong technical and analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of ETL processes and data modelling.
