The Role:
DailyPay is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our DailyPay Business Intelligence Team. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for helping to execute, manage, and create all internal and external reporting needs for our organization. You will work across various departments to define requirements and work with stakeholders to transform our data into actionable insights and reports.
The mission of the Business Intelligence Team is critical for continuous development and success of our product, understanding the needs of our customers and partners, and maintaining DailyPay's leading role in the on demand pay industry.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DailyPay's business model, data sources, and data infrastructure
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools to provide insights into key business metrics
  • Collaborate alongside other Analytics & BI team members to work with stakeholders to plan the scope of projects and be responsible for providing regular communication updates and deliverables
  • Work closely with other members of the BI Team to execute on key business reports needed across the organization
  • Drive the prioritization of reporting requests according to business value; managing your own projects and working with stakeholders to prioritize various projects


What You Bring to The Team:

  • 1+ years SQL experience; strong SQL capability
  • Strong familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Sisense, or similar
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Creative, strategic thinker will be highly valued for this role
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, and ETL tools like Fivetran or Stitch is a plus

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
Belfast Compensation Range
£41,000 - £53,000 GBP
