Job DescriptionSummer 2027 Internship
Duration: Monday, May 17th- August 20th, 2027
Location: Austin, TX
What You Can Expect:
- Meaningful Project Work: Every Intern is assigned a project that delivers value to the business.
- Lean Thinking: Interns are expected to apply Lean principles and continuous improvement thinking throughout their project work; Lean training and resources will be provided.
- Our Goal is to provide interns with meaningful, hands-on experiences that contribute to business objectives while supporting their professional development
- Collaborate with other teams to understand data needs.
- Participate in data validation and integrity checks.
- Participate in regular user group meetings for knowledge sharing.
- Support creation of basic reports and dashboards under guidance.
- Support monitoring and maintenance of products (reports, applications, workflows, etc.).
- Support timely decision-making through accurate reporting and foundational data prep that enables smooth operations in Sales and Service.
- Identify, understand, and/or assess source data, data processes and workflows.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Fundamental understanding of data structures and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Power Pivot).
- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- No experience necessary. Previous internships or relevant academic projects preferred but is not required
