Job Description:
KNOWLEDGE: Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
JOB COMPLEXITY:
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Coordinates work prioritized by senior BI analysts.
- Builds stable working relationships internally.
- Drive execution of assigned projects; may lead some projects, and act as a subject matter expert as needed.
- Produce reports and analyze data to support projects.
- Moderate understanding of business units and business domain knowledge.
- Basic understanding of business teams and cross team dependencies.
SUPERVISION: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
EXPERIENCE:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet modeling.
- Basic to moderate understanding of data warehousing platforms, reporting automation, data visualization
- Moderate understanding of developing queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI Tools, or other analysis.
- Basic understanding of R, Python, Azure, and modelling.
- Basic skills in Data visualization tools: DaxStudio, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Working knowledge of Agile framework.
Work Schedule: The Core Hours for this role will be 7 am to 4 pm EST.
