Franciscan Alliance Inc. seeks Business Intelligence Analyst II at its facility located at 1500 Albany St. Beech Grove, IN 46107.

Job Description:

Work directly impacting both clinical and operational success across the organization. 15% Partner specifically with stakeholders in the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and understand the goals, while digging deep into complex data, and turning it into clear, actionable insights through dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and power BI. 15% Translate raw data into meaningful information to help the stakeholders make smarter decisions that improve patient care, safety, and efficiency. 7%Ensure data quality while supporting regulatory compliance. 7% Empower users through education and self-service tools, reducing reliance on technical teams to begin other assignments of a similar nature. 3.6% Demonstrate collaboration skills and understand both the business and technical sides. 3.6% Be an essential connector across departments and assist and support the stakeholders. 3.6% Support organizational strategy and actively drive it forward. 7% Provide business intelligence related support to Franciscan the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). 10% Provide daily support for existing Tableau reports including executive deliverables, as well as statistical analysis system workflows and data integration processes. 10% Assist in projects and develop new reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for the healthcare system. 18.2%.

Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent Informatics, Health Informatics or a related field and 3 years of experience as an EMR Business Intelligence Developer, Analytics Program Analyst or in an occupation involving SQL in an Oracle SQL Server environment. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with (1) Business Intelligence tools (Tableau including the tool architecture, functions, features and capabilities); (2) Relevant regulations and legislations around hospital mandated reporting on quality and regulatory metrics; (3) Healthcare analytics skills (predictive and prescriptive analytics, statistical analysis, and data validation); (4) Data analysis to provide customers an increased user experience, increase productivity and increase decision making ability with the data; and (5) Translating complex data findings into relatable written or verbal communications for lay persons.
