We are searching for the best talent for this Business Insights Sales Coordinator position, based in São Paulo.

Position Summary: The Business Insights Sales Coordinator will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive commercial effectiveness, business performance, and operational excellence across the organization. This role will serve as a key business partner to commercial leadership, ensuring robust governance of commercial policies, delivering actionable market insights, and leading cross-functional projects that support sustainable growth. The position will have primary responsibility for commercial policy management, sell-out and market performance analyses, tax reform-related initiatives, and business development opportunities through partnerships and innovative business models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of commercial policies across brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.

  • Drive strategic analyses of sell-out performance and market trends across healthcare providers, payers, distributors, and other key stakeholders, generating actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • Lead initiatives related to Brazil’s tax reform, assessing business impacts related to commercial policies, identifying risks and opportunities, and coordinating implementation plans across relevant functions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational excellence, process efficiency, and commercial execution.

  • Establish frameworks, governance models, and best practices for commercial policies and business processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and transparency.

  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Supply Chain, Pricing, and other key stakeholders to deliver commercial policy initiatives and strategic projects.

  • Lead business case development, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations to support leadership decision-making.

  • Monitor KPIs and ensure adequate governance, tracking progress and outcomes of Sales Excellence / Business Insights Sales initiatives and key projects.

  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes effectively to leadership.

  • Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of New Business Development opportunities, strategic partnerships, and alliance initiatives that create value for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.

  • Previous experience in Business Insights, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Market Analytics, or related functions within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with commercial performance analysis, business intelligence, and market data.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into business actions.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial models, pricing dynamics, market access, and healthcare ecosystem stakeholders.

  • Experience leading high-performance teams.

  • Technical / Advanced English, both written and spoken; Spanish is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.

  • Proven track record in developing business cases and managing complex strategic projects.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with commercial policy management, governance frameworks, and sales effectiveness initiatives.

  • Exposure to tax reform projects, business transformation programs, or large-scale organizational initiatives.

  • Experience with New Business Development, partnerships, and alliance initiatives.

  • Advanced proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
