What can you expect in a Business Analyst Intern role with TaskUs

You will play a crucial supporting role within the Business Analysis team, focused primarily on administrative tasks, documentation, and research to ensure smooth operations and functional reliability of our tools and processes. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business analysis, system support, and operational efficiency within a corporate environment. The intern will assist Business Analysts (BAs) in managing workflows, maintaining critical resources, and contributing to ongoing projects.

Our Internship Program aims to provide practical experience for college-level students/individuals in a professional environment while strengthening their foundational in recruitment and HR processes learned in their field of study at university. Our focal intention is to provide a meaningful learning experience to be confident in career exploration and potential full-time employment post graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist BAs in tracking project progress, scheduling meetings, and organizing critical project documentation.
  • Support the administrative aspects of functional tools (e.g., Ticketing systems, internal documentations) used by the BA team
  • Help coordinate communication and documentation exchange between the Business and the Developers.
  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting various project documents, including meeting minutes, process flows, user guides, and functional specifications.
  • Ensure existing functional and administrative documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized within designated repositories.
  • Help design and standardize templates for internal use, such as requirements gathering forms and status report formats.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices, new system functionalities, and potential tool enhancements as directed by BAs.
  • Assist BAs with basic data gathering and validation tasks related to system enhancements or process audits.
  • Help prepare simple reports and presentations to summarize research findings or project status for management review.
  • Log and monitor entry-level support issues or enhancement requests under the guidance of a BA.
  • Assist in compiling and organizing materials for user training sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • You must be of legal age to qualify for an internship
  • Updated CV/Resume
  • Scanned copy of an Endorsement Letter from their School/University by an official
  • Scanned copy of their School ID
  • Scanned copy of a valid government-issued ID
  • Scanned copy of birth certificate (PSA)
  • Scanned copy of NBI Clearance.

Education / Certifications:

  • You must be taking any Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or any related courses.

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel: 

  • 8AM - 5PM | Monday - Friday
  • Work at Home
