Business & Client Insights (BCI) serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping shape business priorities through analytics, business intelligence, strategic planning, and performance measurement. Southern California Base Salary Range: $185,107-$314,682
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $169,629-$288,369
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
