Job Description:
- Lead operational strategies to improve efficiency and service performance.
- Support the development and rollout of policies and procedures to maximize system utilization and administration.
- Standardize process flows and work instructions across operational teams.
- Design end-to-end performance measures, data collection, and analysis processes.
- Develop dashboards to report and monitor operational KPIs.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for new projects or initiatives based on performance trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvements and track adherence to standards.
- Assist warehouse teams in enhancing layout and efficiency through data-driven design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or data-driven project roles (logistics industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and process mapping.
- Good understanding of operational workflows, policies, and KPI management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
