DP World Brisbane is seeking for a Senior Manager – Business Improvement to lead transformative initiatives that enhance productivity, safety, and operational excellence across our terminal. Key Accountabilities
- Drive improved customer experience by delivering projects on time and implementing productivity and safety enhancements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the business.

- Lead change initiatives using structured project management approaches to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes.

Qualification, Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant business or engineering field, or over 10 years’ experience in high-paced operational environments.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt) or equivalent demonstrated experience in business improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record in business improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement leadership roles.
- Experience in coaching and training teams in process improvement tools to achieve specialist outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and facilitate end-to-end process maps.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business value through high-impact improvement initiatives.
- Skilled in analysing complex data and applying insights to develop practical business strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to operate independently in dynamic environments.
