We are seeking a proactive and
strategic Business Growth Consultant to join our Business Development team.
This role focuses on driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and market
expansion for our business setup services. The ideal candidate will have proven
experience in B2B/B2C business development, strong consultative selling skills,
and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a professional
services environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business
Development
- Drive
new client acquisition and act as a trusted advisor for clients seeking
business setup, licensing, and growth solutions.
- Identify
opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Identify
and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking,
referrals, and partnerships.
- Conduct
detailed consultations to understand client business goals and recommend
tailored solutions.
- Develop
and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare
proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize service pricing.
- Maintain
accurate sales pipelines and client activity logs within CRM systems.
- Collaborate
with marketing to align campaigns, lead generation, and content with
business development goals.
- Client
Advisory & Relationship Management
- Provide
guidance on company formation, regulatory compliance, and operational
requirements.
- Monitor
client satisfaction and ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Work
closely with internal teams (legal, PRO, operations) to ensure smooth
execution of client requirements.
- Contribute
insights and ideas for improving service offerings and client experience.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field (MBA
preferred).
- Minimum
2–5 years of proven experience in business development, consulting, or
professional services.
- Demonstrated
experience in client acquisition, consultative selling, and revenue
growth.
- Knowledge
of business setup, licensing, and corporate services is highly desirable.
