Analyze the accounts receivables, keep cash needs, adjust cash flow, and control entrances. Use appropriately the payment of commitments of customers in deadlines. Perform the daily cash closing and send all documentation to the accounting service. Follow the history and timeliness of customers in the company and the market by exchanging commercial information, communicating immediately the incidence of negative occurrences and credit rehabilitation, targeting positive accounts receivable which offer the lowest risk possible, and preventing delays in payments.
Plausibility check of contracts, deferred payments, direct debiting scheme. Issues payment confirmation and list of open positions. Responsible for cashflow optimization through running effective dunning processing. Initiates legal dunning proceedings. Support sales function with insights on credit control information of customers.
Coordination and execution of global claims management for a defined area of a strategic business. Follow-up on open claims in coordination with the sales- and service organization. Propose improvements for an effective claims management. Define and implement appropriate performance indicators.
Approve dunning blocks, provide clearance for dunning proceedings and approve extensions for terms of payment.
Support the development of a reporting structure on claims management.
Train and consult the business on claims management processes.
The role requires a university education (bachelor’s degree) and a professional experience of 1-2 years. This role covers 3 tiers. This job profile represents tier 1 of 3.
