What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange
- Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts
- Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing
- Analyze and highlight exceptional items related to settlements and collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners to resolve quickly
- Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings
- Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities
- Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations
- flexible on working hours, especially on weekend coverage
- Support on ad-hoc requests from cross functional teams
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in crypto exchange, banking, or fintech industries.
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related regulations in Turkey.
- Proficient in financial reconciliation and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Nice to Have:
- Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange
- Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
