How you’ll make an impact

Business Finance is the commercial lending arm of AMP Bank, focused on building a specialist Professional Services Lending franchise.  Supporting the lifecycle capital needs of financial planners, mortgage brokers, accountants and other recurring revenue professional firms.

In this 12 month fixed term contract opportunity, you will support the end-to-end execution of business finance deals by keeping workflows on track, documentation clean, and customers informed. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every deal progresses efficiently from setup through to settlement—minimising delays and creating a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Keep deals moving – coordinate tasks, track progress and prevent bottlenecks
• Own documentation quality – manage requests, completeness and accuracy end-to-end
• Drive workflow visibility – maintain clear status updates and SLA awareness
• Support execution & settlement – manage DocuSign, conditions and readiness for funding
• Deliver a great customer experience – provide clear, timely and structured communication

What you will bring to the team

• Experience in lending operations, banking administration or case management 
• Exposure to documentation workflows, settlements or credit support 
• Experience in financial services
• Strong track record of execution and reliability 
• Working knowledge of compliance and operational risk in lending environments
