WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Business Expert for Quality & Compliance, you will help improve processes, tools, and ways of working that create value for both users and the business. Acting as a link between business and technology, you will translate needs into clear requirements and support the development and adoption of effective solutions.

You will:

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and user value
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
  • Support development through testing, feedback, and stakeholder collaboration

What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.  

WHO YOU ARE

As a Business Expert for Quality & Compliance, you are a curious, structured, and collaborative professional with a strong business mindset and a passion for process improvement.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Strong understanding of Quality & Compliance processes in Production
  • Experience in process improvement, change management, or business transformation
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • An analytical and solution-oriented way of working

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You are likely to have a relevant academic background and experience from Production, Quality & Compliance, process development, or a similar field.

You bring:

  • 7-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or insights
  • Experience supporting testing, training, or implementation of new tools or processes
  • Experience collaborating across business and technology teams
