The Integrated Client Solutions (ICS) team is focused on driving measurable commercial outcomes by connecting Citi’s global capabilities across the Bank. The team leverages Citi’s global brand and deep client relationships to deliver integrated solutions that help clients create and manage wealth.
The VP, Business Execution plays a central role in ensuring ICS priorities are delivered with discipline, consistency, and impact. This individual will drive execution across strategic initiatives, business management, and governance while acting as a key partner to senior leadership and stakeholders across Citi.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Execution & Program Leadership
Drive execution of ICS priorities, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes across regions and business lines
Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional initiatives, including firmwide and Wealth-led programs
Business Management & Planning
Oversee business management activities, including headcount planning, financial management, and resource allocation
Support forward-looking planning and growth projections aligned with ICS strategy
Partner with senior leadership on business reviews, quarterly updates, and executive-level reporting
Workforce Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness
Lead workforce planning and organizational health efforts to ensure the team is appropriately structured and resourced
Drive initiatives focused on people, culture, and engagement, including Voice of Employee (VOE) programs
Support the development of a high-performing, collaborative culture aligned with ICS and firm priorities
Financial Management & Expense Discipline
Oversee expense management, ensuring strong financial discipline and alignment with budget targets
Identify cost efficiencies while maintaining focus on strategic investment areas
Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing performance tracking
Risk, Controls & Governance
Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring adherence to Citi’s risk, compliance, and regulatory standards
Coordinate Internal Audit activities, including issue tracking, remediation, and sustainable control improvements
Promote proactive risk identification and ensure transparent escalation and resolution of issues
Business Operations & Governance Routines
Lead core business routines, including governance forums, operating cadences, and stakeholder updates
Drive consistency and transparency in execution, reporting, and decision-making processes
Serve as a central coordination point across Wealth and broader Citi stakeholders
Executive Communications & Leadership Support
Develop high-quality executive materials, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), leadership forums, and strategic updates
Support “Day at the Firm” and other leadership initiatives to ensure clear, consistent messaging
Strategic Messaging & Engagement
Drive “OneCiti” communication efforts, including ESPA-related messaging and internal communications
Ensure alignment of ICS messaging with broader firm priorities
Support change management and communication across key initiatives
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Ensure effective communication, alignment, and coordination across global teams
10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within a global, matrixed organization
Experience in business execution, strategy, COO, or business management roles
Strong track record of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives
Experience in financial management, planning, and performance tracking
Strong project and program management capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to generate clear insights and recommendations
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic perspective
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
