About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to lead the Digital Onboarding, Servicing & Implementation enrollment tools readiness team.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a complex team of Business Execution Consultants as part of the Digital Onboarding, Service & Implementation team.
- Serve as a business leader for enrollment tools and advocate for end user needs, while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
- Develop & drive readiness plans that minimize risk to clients.
- Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
- Pro-actively engage with business stakeholders in delivering on prioritized initiatives
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Provide input into the cross-business prioritization of technology-related strategies, initiatives and enhancements to ensure the needs of all end users are met
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
- Extensive experience in developing and leading business readiness plans in support of technology enhancements
- Extensive knowledge of Global Payment & Liquidity (GPL) product submission and implementation processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including end users, product managers, and technical teams
- Comfortable working in high-velocity environments with rapid sprint cycles and delivery goals
- Experience supporting transformational initiatives, especially in enrollment tools and/or digital product rollouts
- Proven experience leading readiness planning and execution efforts
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work in Charlotte, NC office approximately 3 days a week
