This role is within the I&P CIB Front Office COO Business Solution and Enablement group. This group is focused on building products for various business lines within CIB. The incumbent wouldbe requiredto take the role of a solution consultant / product owner (individual contributor) and wouldbe responsible forexecution and delivery of product roadmap within the bank, tracking and reporting delivery schedules, timelines and derailers, including highlighting potential scope creep,bottlenecksand challenges to stakeholders. The individual is expected to independently manage and execute end-to-end delivery of their deliverables, work with technology and businessstakeholdersand run respective scrums. Finally, the candidate will be expected to activelyparticipatein global team discussions, projects/process enhancementplansand encourage creative thinking amongst the team.
In this role, you will:
be responsible forexecution & delivery of lending and client products, maintenance & reporting of key SLA's,includingbut not limited to changes in delivery timelines, scope creep, bottlenecks,risk and controlframework reviews, capacity,key performancemetricsand quarterbacking critical projects/programs. The role would require direct engagementwith seniorleadersacross global COO teams and partner with them to drive solutionsdesigned to improve processes, controls, and regulatory/riskcompliance across variousrisk, automation, surveillance & quality assurancefunctions.
Functional and technical skills:

- Experienceonworking withbusiness process analysis to drivetactical and strategic decisions, and execution of plans
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skillswith the ability tocollaborate with seniorleaders across LOBs globally to create executive ready presentations, including presentation of information and data to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levels
- Drive complex issuemanagementand deliverables into effective outcome-oriented conversations
- Institute sturdy communication channels with business partnersto support and manage the delivery of the division's strategic programs
- Collaborate onchange initiatives across the division in a seamless manner,collaborating with global stakeholders;facilitatediscussions withleaders and subject matter experts to investigate and solve complex problems
- Identifyopportunities for increasing operational efficiencies, perform root cause analysis to propose ideas that improve front to back processing acrossCOO
- Assistin projects on data interfaces between systems such as defining project scope, datarequirementsand sources/resources;Participatein projects requiring data cleanups, process improvementanalysisand reporting
- Assess,review,manage and mitigate risk by measuring key risk indicators (KRIs) through developing andmaintainingthekey metricsto help teams improve throughput while reducing risk
- Ensure operational practices follow relevant risk standards,policiesand regulations tomaintainan effective control environment
- Collaborate withoperational riskteams to log andmonitorIssues and Corrective Actions when operational incidents areidentified
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- MBA/equivalentadvanced degree,or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience with solution design and delivery, requirements elicitation experience, product management experience
- Banking and Finance Domain Exposure.
- Min 5years' experiencewith MS Dynamics CRM platform (ideally in corporate banking environment)
- Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
- Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports.
- Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test scriptmanagementand execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systems
- Excellent verbaland written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detail
- Candidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, whilemaintainingquality,accuracyand integrity
- Candidates should have experience presenting information to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levelswith the ability todevelop and negotiate solutions with partners or clients including escalations as needed
- Candidates should be able to work in a global team, interact atdifferent levelsand handle a wide range of deliverables with varying levels of complexitieswith focus onexecutionand result
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills to create persuasive PowerPoint presentations;Strong analytical skillsleveragingMicrosoft Excel/Access
- Experienceinidentifyingand driving process improvements in complex environments
- Ability to effectively multi-task and successfully work on several unrelated projects at the same time
- Understanding and Application of AI Tools: Ability toleverageAI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Tachyon,Agentspace) for routine tasks such as summarizing information, drafting content, and analyzing data, whilemaintaininghuman oversight.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to interpret AI outputs,validateinsights, and make informed business decisions.
- Responsible AI Use: Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and compliance when using AI solutions.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Commitment to upskilling and staying current with emerging technologies.
