Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.
You will work as part of the Supply Chain Management team to support financial stability assessment process. The role is, to prepare financial analysis of vendors and identify financial trends and variances to assess the risk associated with the vendors with who Wells Fargo does business. In accordance with Wells Fargo's regulatory requirements and Vendor Risk Management program, due diligence reviews are routinely conducted so that Wells Fargo may evaluate and monitor key risks and controls associated with vendor's organizations with which Wells Fargo does business. Conducting Financial Stability Assessments (FSA) of key service providers is a key element in Wells Fargo's vendor risk review process.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis (using qualitative and quantitative factors) of vendors and assign the risk rating. Help the line of business on understanding the financial risk associated with Vendor with whom the bank is doing business.
- Financial report writing by covering different ratios, operating performance, cash flows, mergers and acquisitions, business segments, stock movement, Industry insights etc.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex financial data sets
- Fundamental analysis on the company, industry and economy
- Conduct credit analysis to the Vendors (banks) by using CAMEL methodology
- Spreading of financial statements into Moody Risk Analyst (MRA) and allying credit reports, and analyze
- Collect required information from different sources like Line of Business, web sources, stock exchanges, company updates etc. to conduct analysis
- Liaison with multiple business partners and end users on the Vendor Viability Requirements and OCC guidelines
- Interact with top executives ( CEO, CFO, Finance/Accounting Manager) of vendors on the financial condition of the companies
Required Qualifications:
- MBA Finance, CA or ICMAI or equivalent with 4-6 years' experience in financial analysis, company profiling and/or industry analysis
- Sound knowledge on accounting and finance concepts
- Knowledge in supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS office suite
Desired Qualifications:
- experience in financial report writing with a strong educational background on finance & accounting management. In depth understating of financial statements and different ratios
