About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to become a member of the Corporate Risk group’s Financial Crimes Risk Management line of business.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations and technology projects to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the business to develop strategies by providing well thought-out solution option, documenting stakeholder requirements, performing impact analysis of proposed change, coordinate project deliverables and testing efforts.
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
- Confidently provide timely and effective communication to the business and stakeholders related to project and change deliverables.
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
- Participate in the definition and development of technology roadmaps and standards within Markets business domains to ensure sustainability (i.e., that they are always current and supported) and alignment to mature technology delivery practices.
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
- Identify emerging technologies and opportunities for their adoption in the product space.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 1+ year of experience working with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, etc…).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with sanctions screening processes and filters.
- Experience gathering and writing business requirements or user stories for a business process.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliverables to meet set delivery target dates.
- Experience with developing and executing change management strategies.
- Experience collaborating and building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership.
- A BS/BA degree or higher.

Minneapolis – Minnesota Pay Range: $73,100 - $129,900 USD Annual

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $143,000.00
