ATM Deployment & Network Programs
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support the successful delivery of strategic ATM network initiatives and modernization programs across the enterprise. This role will serve as a key partner in the execution of ATM deployment, replacement, relocation, and optimization efforts, with primary responsibility for landlord approvals, site readiness coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities that enable timely project delivery.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal business partners, field teams, vendors, landlords, and project stakeholders to drive execution of ATM network programs and operational initiatives. This role will support project planning, implementation, risk management, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination across a diverse portfolio of ATM initiatives, helping ensure the ATM network continues to meet customer needs, operational objectives, and business priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to execute business initiatives and drive results
- 2+ years of experience managing project documentation, milestone tracking, risk identification, and status reporting
- Experience supporting ATM, branch banking, retail banking, financial services, real estate, facilities management, construction, or network deployment initiatives
- Experience coordinating landlord approvals, lease-related activities, site readiness requirements, or vendor management processes
- Experience supporting equipment deployment, relocation, modernization, or infrastructure implementation projects
- Experience working with third-party vendors, contractors, landlords, or external business partners
- Experience developing project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution activities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across business partners and stakeholders
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
