Ready to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry?

We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 35 markets and more than 15 retail stores across Europe.

Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. Today, our products are trusted by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide.

It’s our people who bring this mission to life. At Emma, you’ll join a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing. With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.

Ready to awaken your best with us?

What you´ll do:

  • Own and drive regional commercial excellence for the European D2C business by defining scalable campaign structures, best-practice frameworks, testing pipelines, and implementation playbooks that enable adoption and measurable performance impact across markets.
  • Partner with EU country teams to strengthen forward-looking forecasting, budget planning, and market performance visibility, ensuring alignment on trends, risks, opportunities, and P&L implications together with Controlling.
  • Monitor process implementation, governance, and KPIs across markets and departments, identifying risks and growth opportunities to accelerate Emma’s EU growth.
  • Identify, structure, and lead high-impact cross-country initiatives that create regional advantage, embed best practices, and establish clear decision-making models across European markets.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and playbooks that enable local country teams to deliver consistent commercial results independently while maintaining strong regional alignment.
  • Act as a sparring partner to country teams by enabling knowledge transfer, performance scaling, and strategic alignment while respecting local market ownership.
  • Lead strategic projects at the intersection of operations, commercial strategy, and execution, ensuring Europe-wide coordination, accountability, and business impact.

Who we´re looking for:

  • Strategic & Structured Thinker: You connect campaign mechanics, financial KPIs, and supply constraints into coherent regional planning and execution.
  • Experienced Operator: You have 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting—ideally within e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
  • Ownership Mentality: You act with autonomy, define the “how,” and drive initiatives forward independently, without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Data-Led & Commercially Sharp: You use data to make decisions, quantify impact, and challenge assumptions in campaign or financial planning.
  • Strong Cross-Functional Driver: You lead by influence, not authority. You bring teams together and drive alignment between Global, Regional, and Local functions.
  • Execution-Oriented Leader: You thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize clearly, and follow through with high operational standards.
  • Fluent in English: You work confidently across multicultural teams and communicate clearly in a distributed, international setup.

Become an Emmie

We are on a mission to become No.1 in the world of sleep, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious people to help us shape what’s next. If you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to challenge the status quo, you’ll find the space here to make things happen and create real impact.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We celebrate diversity and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.

Our aim is to get back to you within a few days. Due to the high volume of applications, there may be slight delays, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Skills Required

  • Experience within e-commerce or performance-driven environments
  • Ability to define campaign structures, coordinate testing pipelines, and ensure scalable implementation across markets
