Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Excellence Leader located in Aguascalientes site.

Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, the Business Excellence Leader role involves in charge of continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion.

What a typical day looks like:

• Time validations.
• Capacity analysis.
• Operations support.
• Participation in Kaizen.
• Team leadership.
• Layout updates.
• Generation of drivers.
• Delivery of Lean courses.
• Application of statistical tools for continuous improvement.
• Application of lean tools for continuous improvement.
• Collection and validation of information for reporting.
• Collection and validation of information for monthly CIMT report.
• Coordination of 5s genbas.
• Implementation of corporate strategies.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Industrial Engineering or similar.
•  Intermediate-Advanced English.
•  Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• 6 sigma.
• Logistics.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Autocat, Minitab, SolidWorks, FlexSIM (nice to have).
• Operations Management Techniques.
• Use of Office package.
• Leadership.
• Team work.
