Our Futureworks Team is taking on journey of building digital intelligence on top of MAS’s data foundation to develop decision tools that move MAS beyond traditional manufacturing and strengthen partnerships with global and emerging brands.

What you'll do:
- Aggregate and integrate multiple MAS data sources into a unified decision engine.
- Identify key data sources, validate data integrity, and map ownership and processing flows.
- Collaborate with business teams to prioritize high-impact data and decision use cases.
- Drive adoption of an actionable insights platform among internal teams and external partners.
- Engage stakeholders, champion product usage, and lead continuous product improvements.
- Translate prototypes into scalable solutions that accelerate product quoting, development cycles, and data-driven production planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in business design and platform deployment.
- Degree in IT, Systems Design, or a related field.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and execution skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to deliver results
