While you won't be driving projects directly, you'll play a crucial role in enabling our back-office team, which develops the backbone for project managers handling major projects. The Global Workplace Project Portfolio Development & Excellence team is a back-office team supporting a capacity expansion organization located across the world, with a significant strategic impact on the LEGO Group's future. Each team member is allocated one of the core deliverables, allowing for focused contributions. This role will support across various areas and gradually take on more responsibilities as a direction is selected, playing a vital part in shaping our initiatives and outcomes.
Do you have what it takes?A Engineering Master’s degree with a focus on a relevant functional area.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, bringing fresh perspectives to our team.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
A flexible and agile mindset, ready to embrace challenges.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.
Structured and quality-minded approach to tasks.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
Previous experience in a team-oriented environment.
Initiative to recognize and act on opportunities for improvement.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
