As a Business Development Manager , you'll identify new business opportunities in Food & Beverage in Indonesia. Then you will design persuasive approaches and proposals to convert potential clients into business customers by presenting new solutions, package, and services to clients. You will develop and maintain existing accounts by working with field sales team, marketing, technical service specialist, and related support function.

- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in Dairy segment is preferable.
- Having high -Wide -Deep relationship with Dairy customer.
- Experience in developing and executing business plans, identifying and qualifying new leads, and negotiating and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the food industry and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
