Summary: As part of the Business Development Team, this position is responsible for promoting and selling all the Products and Services of Wild Well Control – including Emergency well control response services, non-emergency services (primarily engineering), Well Control Training, Unconventional Intervention, Risk Management services, other services. Client base includes Major Operators, Independent Operators, Service Companies and Drilling Contractors. Travel is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cover account assignments as provided by Wild Well Control.
- Prioritize and schedule meetings with the assigned accounts and any potential new clients.
- Engage Client in areas supported by your local region.
- As necessary include Operations, Engineering, Training, Financial and/or Risk Management personnel on Client visits.
- Work with and communicate with the entire Engineering, Training Operations and Risk Management teams.
- Join industry groups and attend shows and functions; SPE, AADE, IADC. etc.- in various regions.
- Communicate any upcoming events with WWC Marketing to determine if participation is warranted.
- Submit weekly sales reports as to the previous week’s appointment, discussions, meetings, etc., and also include forward-looking plans.
- Communicate with Management regarding activities and travel plans.
- Developing and presenting WWCI services lines in a professional manner.
- Facilitate technical Seminars at the client’s locations or DTC on all Wild Well Control PSL’s
- Work with Marketing to develop any required collateral materials.
- Personally maintain and manage Expense reports as required-(MINIMUM OF ONCE A MONTH).
- Work and communicate with the entire Business Development and Marketing Team.
- Participate in the Strategic Planning cycle to enhance & further the efforts for the following year.

- Any additional duties and responsibilities that may be required for the betterment of Wild Well Control, Inc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous oil industry experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills, able to deal with a wide range of situations and personalities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A team spirit and cooperative nature.
- Self starter capable of working and prioritizing projects with little supervision.
- Mature, dependable, confident, organized and adaptable to change
Education:
- College graduate preferred; some college and/or attributable experience will be considered
