- Drive vendor replacement and consolidation opportunities by assessing client needs and delivering compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, onboarding, and service delivery.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Procurement professionals.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to strengthen partnerships and expand service scope.
- Monitor competitor activity, market shifts, and client pain points to inform strategic account penetration plans.
- Perform comprehensive primary and secondary market research to identify emerging opportunities and underserved customer segments.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to support business decisions and strategy development.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date research databases and ensure data integrity across all initiatives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience (Executive level) or 3+ years (Manager level) in staffing or workforce solutions.
- Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales deals.
- Solid understanding of the staffing business model, including compliance, billing, and delivery frameworks.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations across multiple levels.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Advanced research and data interpretation skills, with experience in market intelligence and trend analysis.

- Experience managing HC transfer or vendor transition deals.
- Exposure to multi-location or enterprise-level clients, along with existing industry networks.
