On behalf of our client, a leading global enterprise with tens of billions in revenue in the FMCG / electronic atomization industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Specialist (Full-time / Internship) to join their rapidly expanding US team.

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Deeply maintain relationships with core retail stores within your assigned region. Conduct regular visits to store owners and staff to secure optimal brand display and handle customer inquiries.
- Market Development: Proactively identify and acquire new retail terminals, including convenience stores, liquor stores, and vape shops. Lead end-to-end sales processes from walk-in pitches and contract negotiations to first-order fulfillment.
- In-Store Promotion: Execute localized marketing and promotional activities at key or newly opened locations. Engage directly with consumers, introduce product flavors, and assist retail partners with inventory turnover.
- Sales Targets: Take ownership of regional Sell-out sales goals, aligning market expansion activities with performance data.
- Asset Management: Manage and optimize the deployment of point-of-sale materials (lightboxes, posters, product racks) to ensure brand consistency and maximize consumer conversion.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or above.
- Languages: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (Mandarin is required for seamless internal and cross-border team collaboration).
- Mobility: Must possess a valid local driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and comfortable driving skills (amenable to frequent local travel to client sites).
- Experience & Status: Open to all backgrounds. We welcome candidates with 2-3 years of sales experience, recent college graduates, or current students (CPT eligible).
- Traits: Highly outgoing personality with strong communication skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a strong results-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Base salary of $3,800 - $4,300/Month + Monthly Performance Bonus of $800 - $4,000/Month (Uncapped earning potential).

Skills Required
