Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, workforce development, or community engagement
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence in networking and outreach environments
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/ATS systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (if applicable)
Preferred: Experience in nonprofit or disability employment services

Valley Resource Center (dba EXCEED) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities in Riverside County. The organization provides person-centered services, including vocational rehabilitation, job training, and Adult Developmental Centers, to help participants develop independence, maximize personal choice, and achieve their maximum potential through education and community integration.
