Supports the Program Manager in daily operations of CIS programs: supervises assigned staff, coordinates schedules and activities, ensures policy and safety compliance, maintains records and petty cash, prepares routine reports, liaises with partners, and assists with budgetary and administrative tasks.

Support supervision, instruction, and daily engagement of clients. Assist with personal care, skill development, individualized training plans, arrivals/departures and transportation, corrective action plans, documentation, and maintaining a safe, organized environment while collaborating with staff.

Train, supervise, and support individuals with special needs in vocational, home, and community settings; develop Individualized Service Plans and instruction plans; apply behavior modification; maintain documentation and billing reports; ensure safe learning/work environments; attend meetings and sometimes provide transportation.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with local employers to create inclusive hiring opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Conduct outreach, network, and match candidates to roles while supporting program growth and community presence. Track partnerships and use basic CRM/ATS tools to manage activity.

Provide person-centered support for individuals with special needs by coordinating work experience placements, developing Individual Service Plans, training for workplace readiness, applying behavior modification, maintaining files and billing reports, liaising with employers and agencies, and providing short-term or transport support as needed.

Support clients by assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and individualized training plans. Monitor and document client progress, help with arrivals/departures, maintain a safe program environment, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with team members.

Supervise and instruct clients in independent living and academic skills, develop and implement training programs, document progress, apply behavior modification, manage supplies, and ensure a safe supportive environment.
