Supervise and instruct clients in independent living and academic skills, develop and implement training programs, document progress, apply behavior modification, manage supplies, and ensure a safe supportive environment.

Train, supervise, and support individuals with special needs in vocational, home, and community settings; develop Individualized Service Plans and instruction plans; apply behavior modification; maintain documentation and billing reports; ensure safe learning/work environments; attend meetings and sometimes provide transportation.

Develop and maintain employer partnerships to create inclusive job opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Conduct outreach, coordinate interviews and onboarding, support retention, represent the organization in the community, track data and report outcomes, and collaborate with program staff to align placements with participant needs.
