The role is focused on driving revenue growth, improving win rates, and enhancing commercial execution through structured pipeline management, market intelligence, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination. This position ensures that global BD activities are data-driven, aligned, and scalable, supporting Oximio’s ambition to become a leading provider of clinical supply chain and GMP depot services globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pipeline Management & Commercial Reporting

    Maintain and track the global BD pipeline across regions (EU, CIS, MENA, SSA, US)

    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of CRM data

    Develop weekly/monthly pipeline reports and dashboards

    Support forecasting, revenue tracking, and conversion analysis

    Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within the pipeline

2. Proposal & Tender Support

-            Coordinate and support the development of high-quality client proposals (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs)

-            Ensure consistency in messaging, pricing structure, and value proposition

-            Work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Finance to build robust solutions

-            Maintain a centralised library of proposal templates, case studies, and standard responses

-            Support bid qualification and go/no-go decision processes

3. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification

-            Conduct structured market research (sponsors, CROs, clinical trial trends, modalities)

-            Support development of account targeting strategies and heat maps

-            Track competitor activity

-            Identify emerging opportunities (e.g. CGT, LN2, decentralised trials)

-            Translate data into actionable insights for BD teams

4. Commercial Strategy Execution

-            Support implementation of global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies

-            Align regional BD activities with global priorities

-            Assist in development of account plans for key strategic clients

-            Support pricing strategy, rate card alignment, and commercial modelling

-            Track performance against defined KPIs and OKRs

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

-            Act as a central interface between BD, Operations, Quality, and Marketing

-            Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational capability

-            Support onboarding of new clients and handover to project teams, incl accounts forming part of the Graduation Bonus.

-            Facilitate internal communication and follow-ups on key opportunities

6. Marketing & Brand Support

Collaborate with Marketing on:

-            Client-facing materials (presentations, brochures, case studies)

-            Event preparation (conferences, client events, webinars)

-            Thought leadership content

-            Ensure consistency of Oximio’s value proposition across all channels

7. Continuous Improvement

-            Identify inefficiencies in BD processes and propose improvements

-            Support implementation of tools, templates, and automation (CRM optimisation)

-            Contribute to development of a scalable global BD playbook



Requirements

-     Experience & Qualifications

5–8 years’ experience in: Business Development support, commercial operations, or sales enablement.Preferably within clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, or logistics

Strong understanding of:

Clinical supply chain / GMP depot services. Global clinical trial landscape. Experience working in a matrix, international organisation

Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Excel, and PowerPoint

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree advantageous
