  • Planificarás y ejecutarás estrategias de ventas para franquicias, determinando la visión de crecimiento del negocio para cada cuenta, aplicando las mejores prácticas comerciales de BDS en planes de negocio alineados con el cumplimiento normativo, y considerando la experiencia del paciente en cada caso.
  • Buscarás percepciones y oportunidades para desarrollar soluciones que mejoren el crecimiento y la experiencia del cliente, resolviendo problemas de manera ágil y buscando constantemente cómo mejorar la ventaja competitiva.

  • Título universitario en carreras relacionadas con la gestión de negocios.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar entre un 30% y 40% del tiempo.
  • Licencia de conducir válida.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B o en desarrollo comercial, franquicias u otro mercado similar.
  • Historial comprobado de éxito en ventas y experiencia competitiva.
  • Conocimiento del mercado de odontología digital.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Capacidad para equilibrar el manejo de cuentas con la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades.
  • Alta capacidad multitarea y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad y seguridad para mantener discusiones comerciales (ROI, márgenes, marketing), desarrollando estrategias para fomentar oportunidades.

Skills Required

  • University degree in business-related field
  • Availability to travel 30% to 40% of the time
  • Valid driver's license
  • More than 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience (franchises or similar market)
  • Proven track record of sales success and competitive sales experience
