Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop growth strategy plans to effectively prioritize sales efforts.
- Proactively seek out potential customers, establish contacts, and identify sales opportunities in the Slovenian market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact and meeting organization to engagement with other departments, understanding customer needs, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract signing, and post-sales onboarding.
- Engage in consultative sales and present solutions, either onsite or at the prospect/customer's office.
- Conduct pre-contractual negotiations, apply a Challenger Sales approach, reach agreements (supported by the company's legal team), and successfully close deals.
- Facilitate the initial onboarding of customers to the purchased services, subsequently handing them over to the relevant Relationship Manager on the team according to internal guidelines.
- Regularly monitor industry trends and keep a watchful eye on competitors.
- Actively manage and communicate progress towards achieving plans and goals through accurate and timely opportunity management, reporting, and forecasting.
About You
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role from a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Slovenian.
- You have a growth-minded and Challenger Sales mentality, focusing on pipeline and results.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated perseverance and a results-oriented approach.
- A Category B driving license.
- Willingness and availability to travel (up to 40%).
