  • Active High-Level Network: Proven, current, and active professional relationships with high-ranking officers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within the JMoD and JASDF.
  • Procurement Expertise: Deep, firsthand understanding of the JMoD procurement system, budgeting cycles, and operational requirement definition processes.
  • Japanese: Native fluency with the highest level of professional protocol and etiquette required for senior government interaction.
  • English: Business communication skills (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate, negotiate, and present to international Thales executives and global technical teams.
