What you will do
We are looking for a consultative B2B sales professional to drive new logo growth for RFID-driven inventory accuracy and loss prevention solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted executive relationships, and partner with customers to shape tailored solutions that create measurable retail outcomes. This is a remote U.S. role with approximately 30% travel across North America and requires reasonable access to a major airport.

- Proven track record of winning new logo customers.
- Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing a remote territory and traveling approximately 30% across North America.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and guide customers through a full sales cycle.
- Experience selling into the retail vertical.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders in Information Technology, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, or Supply Chain.
- Experience positioning digital and RFID-based solutions in consultative sales cycles.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $77,000 - $112,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
