El Business Development Representative (BDR) será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del ecosistema cloud a través del desarrollo de partners, generación de pipeline y ejecución de estrategias comerciales y de marketing.

🎯 Responsabilidades principales🔹 Generación de Demanda & Pipeline- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en AWS.
- Generar pipeline a través de campañas, eventos y actividades comerciales.
- Dar seguimiento a oportunidades dentro de CRM (Salesforce u otros).
- Onboardear y habilitar partners en el ecosistema AWS (procesos, certificaciones, requisitos).
- Diseñar estrategias de crecimiento para partners nuevos y existentes.
- Acompañar a partners en su desarrollo comercial y técnico.
- Ejecutar estrategias Go-To-Market en conjunto con AWS y equipos internos.
- Gestionar fondos de marketing (MDF) y campañas de generación de demanda.
- Participar en eventos, webinars y actividades de enablement.
- Colaborar con equipos de ventas, marketing, preventa y vendors.
- Actuar como punto de contacto entre AWS, partners y equipos internos.
- Dar seguimiento a KPIs de desempeño (pipeline, activación de partners, revenue).
- Generar reportes y análisis de resultados comerciales.
- Optimizar estrategias con base en datos y tendencias de mercado.
- Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing, Ingeniería o áreas afines.
- 1–3 años en roles de ventas, business development, marketing o cloud.
- Experiencia con partners o ecosistemas (deseable AWS o cloud en general).
- Experiencia en generación de pipeline o demanda (BDR, SDR, marketing).
- Conceptos básicos de cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Estrategias de Go-To-Market y generación de demanda.
- Manejo de CRM (Salesforce preferente).
