The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Viz.ai, you will be a vital driver of pipeline growth and revenue generation within our Provider Sales team. This individual contributor role focuses on cultivating relationships with executive stakeholders at high-value healthcare accounts and identifying strategic opportunities that align with quarterly goals. You will play a central role in expanding our reach in the healthcare ecosystem while contributing to the success of company-wide objectives.
You will:
Serve as a key driver of pipeline growth through strategic outbound engagement with healthcare decision-makers.
Proactively develop and execute multichannel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate and nurture leads.
Manage inbound leads by educating and qualifying prospects for product demos.
Conduct consultative sales discussions to assess fit, timing, and decision-making dynamics.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Strategic Account Directors to optimize pipeline development.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Customer Success to refine outreach strategies.
Utilize CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SFDC, Gong, ZoomInfo) to enhance efficiency and insight.
Leverage data and sales intelligence tools to improve conversion rates and opportunity development.
You treat AI as a core part of your workflow, using tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and output.
What success looks like:
You demonstrate proficiency in creative prospecting, product demoing, and objection handling by month 3, contributing 50–75% of your quota for qualified opportunities.
After 6 months you’re fully ramped and consistently exceeding targets across all KPIs.
You contribute to a healthy sales pipeline through quality engagements and strategic opportunity creation.
You maintain excellent collaboration across sales and marketing functions.
You effectively position Viz.ai's value across diverse product verticals.
You gain recognition for initiating high-quality, executive-level conversations in enterprise sales cycles.
We are looking for:
A team player with a strong “can do” mentality and ownership mindset.
At least 2–4 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales, SDR, or business development role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
Strong skills in research, outreach, and developing tailored messaging.
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related Gen AI sales tools.
Confidence in leading consultative conversations with senior stakeholders.
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with a strategic and methodical approach.
A data-driven mindset with an eye for continuous improvement.
